Little Rock Tap Festival is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team for our 2026 event. Get a chance to help run events, support dancers, and create a fun, uplifting environment for an unforgettable week!
JOB DESCRIPTION

Assisting with festival merchandise sales and customer service

Supporting dance faculty and staff in classrooms, including classroom management and assisting

Preparing and maintaining festival spaces each day to ensure a welcoming environment for dancers, faculty, and guests.

Managing dancer check-in and registration tables.

Assisting with evening events, including space set-up and operational support.

Updating social media platforms with posts, stories, and behind-the-scenes content.

Capturing informal photos and videos throughout the week for marketing and archival purposes.

Providing general support to the Festival team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all participants.
QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years old

Available 12pm June 1, 2026 to 8pm June 5, 2026

Ability to tap dance at an intermediate/advanced level
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-
Willingness to take initiative and assist in multiple areas as needed
-
Comfortable with customer service and working directly with dancers, parents, and faculty
